These signature, fresh from the field, Farmer Boys menu items will now be even healthier when prepared in the new oil.

Farmer Boys has partnered with Cargill as its supplier of cooking oils to switch to a zero trans fat per serving1 line of cooking oils.

Farmer Boys has extensively tested the new frying oil with thousands of guests. Farmer Boys went to this extra effort to insure their fried menu items meet the needs of todays discriminating diner who requires healthier menu choices with great flavor. Farmer Boys expects to roll out the new frying oil to all locations by the beginning of 2008.

We are very excited by the response our guests have given us during the testing process, said Ken Clark, President of Farmer Boys.
