What are the latest trends in Asian Ingredients and how can you use them for your own success?
This month, Asian Restaurant News is honored to present a tribute to Asian Ingredients by sharing the thoughts, commentary and advice of many of our contributing culinary experts, as well as selected Asian cuisine professionals who have made the subject of Asian Cuisine one of the most talked-about themes of the day. The people whose thoughts we are so fortunate to have within our pages have written books, operated restaurants, developed projects and have done extensive research which have helped the nation to experience the joy, taste and treasures of Asian Cuisine.
The main article, “Asian Ingredients are in Favor” represents such thoughtful remarks as well as a demonstration of tremendous enthusiasm for the subject on the part of the contributors, that our own staff has been greatly inspired to produce what we think is our best issue of the year. Asian Restaurant News owes a great debt of thanks and gratitude to our list of culinary experts for their support of the enjoyment of Asian Cuisine in America.
