Crustacean has made efforts to integrate plenty of point-of-sale terminals available at the restaurant to adequately coordinate all aspects of restaurant management. These range from front–of-the–restaurant operations, such as letting the maitre’d know the meal status at each table and the preferences of diners gleaned from their previous visits, to connecting order information to back-of-the-house functions such as inventory management and bookkeeping programs. Hannah An, the An family’s elder daughter, hopes to license her proprietary software to other restaurants and turn SmartTouch into a profitable stand-alone enterprise.
What to Eat at Crustacean
Seafood is the best way to go for entrees, the Roasted Dungeness crab with garlic sauce. Another excellent choice is salmon filet in a ginger emulsion served with vegetables.
Other seafood specialties include: Salmon filet, in a ginger emulsion sauce with asparagus and squash; Chilean Seabass, steamed with fresh scallions & accompanied with ginger sauce; and Colossal Royal Tiger prawns, char-broiled with secret spices with An's garlic noodles.
