Nutrition & Tradeshows: Oregon Hosts Northwest Foodservice Show

The Northwest Foodservice Show, held on April 17th to 19th in Oregon Convention Center brought together 600 Exhibitors selling and showing the latest food and beverage, equipment, technology, and business/recruitment services. Also, seminars, chef demonstrations and competitions were held for the interested attendees, mostly Owners/Operators / chefs or Managers from the food industry. This show was organized by Washington Restaurant Association, a non-profit trade association formed in 1929 to represent the interests of the food service industry in Washington State.
