The Northwest Foodservice Show, held on April 17th to 19th in Oregon Convention Center brought together 600 Exhibitors selling and showing the latest food and beverage, equipment, technology, and business/recruitment services. Also, seminars, chef demonstrations and competitions were held for the interested attendees, mostly Owners/Operators / chefs or Managers from the food industry.
This show was organized by Washington Restaurant Association, a non-profit trade association formed in 1929 to represent the interests of the food service industry in Washington State.
