Google Unveils Interactive Maps

Easy to Use, Ideal for Restaurant Information Google, one of the major search engines in the world, recently unveiled a prototype of a new online map feature that directly competes with popular location tool Mapquest. Google's maps It allows you to "drag" the map with your mouse, and zoom in and out with ease. Unlike other online maps, you no longer have to click an arrow and then wait for a new page to load just to see what street is around the corner. Google also helps you find businesses and shops near you. Typing in "your location" results in red balloons showing viewers a few restaurants nearby.
