Federal Government Adds a Sixth Poster to its List of Required Workplace Notices

As of March 10th the federal government is requiring all eatery employers to post workplace notices to inform employees of their rights when they take leave for military duty (USERRA). This new poster should be clearly displayed along with the other required posters explaining the federal Equal Employment Opportunity, OSHA Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and polygraph laws. All Federally required posters can be downloaded by visiting the U.S. Department of Labor website (http://www.dol.gov/vets/).
