Specially Created Cocktails are Just the Thing for an Elegant Evening
AMBIKA
This Dévi favorite is extremely simple and the blood orange adds a kick to the mellow flavor of mango.
4 ounces Grey Goose L'Orange
2 ounces mango pulp
1 ounce blood orange juice
Splash of lemon juice
Splash of simple syrup
Shake vigorously and strain into an 8-ounce martini glass. Garnish with a mango slice soaked in orange cognac (soak for a few hours).

A twist on the classic champagne cocktail, this drink substitutes jaggery, Indian raw sugar, for the traditional sugar cube soaked in bitters.
1? ounces jaggery syrup*
Dash of angostura bitters
Champagne
Shake jaggery syrup and dash of bitters with ice and pour into champagne flute.? Fill with champagne and garnish with lemon twist.
*Jaggery syrup follows the same rules as simple syrup: equal parts water and jaggery.
