6. Mobilize other restaurants and businesses through your local Chamber of Commerce to collectively help throughout the neighborhood.
7. Send special invitations to your valued customers stating that, during a certain day (or week, or month) a certain portion of their bill will be denoted to the Tsunami Disaster Relief Fund (mention the organization that will be receiving the donation). Or, if you customers bring another family, the proceeds will be doubles, etc.
