Asian Steaming: Soups In (3/3)

Outside the restaurants field, a Korean lady has made the soup business to a hot and steaming business. Annie Chun, the founder of Annie Chun's noodles! Chun was born and raised in Seoul, Korea, and came to Northern California as a young adult, where her family owned and operated a top-rated Korean restaurant in San Francisco. In the early '90s, Chun, a young Korean mother of two, started selling her homemade sauces and noodles at a farmers' market near San Francisco. The noodle bowl were so popular, she went into business and now produces a line of noodle kits, bottled sauces and prepared soups. In recent years, more variety of other Asian soup bowls are being added to the Annie Chun’s product line.
