Ingredients:
1 ripe pear
1 firm pear
3 dried figs
6 wolfberries (Lycium Chinense)
2 teaspoons crystal or granulated sugar
Dice pears into one-inch pieces, and figs into half-inch pieces. Put in a small pot with two cups of water. Simmer pear and fig pieces, wolfberries, and sugar for fifteen minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 4.
