October Brings Pumpkin Shakes and Smoothies Back to Burgerville

VANCOUVER, Wash., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire/ What: It's that time of year again when Burgerville will be featuring pumpkin milkshakes and smoothies during a ten-week promotion starting October 2, 2007. Each Fall, Burgerville guests look forward to the unique tastes of the pumpkin milkshakes and smoothies which feature the seasonal flavor of local pumpkins, spiced with just the right blend of cinnamon and nutmeg. Burgerville's pumpkins are grown locally at Stahlbush Island Farms in Corvallis, Oregon. With a heritage of family farms in Oregon for over a century, the founders of Stahlbush have always understood the importance of caring for the land, and in 1997, they became the first farm to become Certified Sustainable by the Food Alliance. Burgerville's pumpkin milkshakes are made with real ice cream from Sunshine Dairy Foods of Portland, Oregon and pumpkin smoothies are made with delicious YoCream non-fat frozen yogurt. This limited time promotion will include regular and large pumpkin milkshakes and smoothies, sold individually or as an upgrade to a combo basket. Guests can order a regular milkshake or smoothie for only $3.69 or to satisfy their craving, may purchase a large size for $4.69.
