Bird's Nest Restaurant to Open Soon

An Olympic theme restaurant will open inside the Bird's Nest National Olympic Stadium in the end of June.

The 3,000-square-kilometer Olympic theme restaurant is located on the third floor of Bird's Nest. It has combined an art museum, exhibition room and tea house together.

The restaurant can be divided into three parts. The middle exhibition room shows the costumes and Fou, a clay musical instrument, displayed at the opening ceremony of Beijing Olympic Games. The main dining rooms are on both sides of the exhibition room.

The restaurant mainly serves traditional Chinese dished as well as some Western dishes. The minimum charge for each person has been set at 50 yuan in the public room and 300 yuan in the private rooms.

It's said that the restaurant will also introduce hotels, cinemas and performances.
