Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Chinese dried mushroom, clean and soaked overnight
1/2 lb. sea cucumber
1/4 lb. abalone
1/2 lb. bok choy
Sauce:
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. dark soya sauce
A pinch of sugar and salt
4 tbsp. chicken stock
1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions:
Boil mushroom, sea cucumber, abalone and bok choy for 3 mins. in a pot. Drain and turn into a dish.
Combine sauce ingredients and cook until thickened. Stir occasionally.
Pour over the ingredients and serve.
