Chinese Bamboo Shoots Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups canned sliced bamboo shoots

2 stalks spring onions, chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce

? cup parsley

Directions:

Heat a tbsp of oil in a saucepan.

Sauté onion and garlic until golden brown.

In a bowl combine bamboo shoots, soy sauce, chilli sauce, lime juice, spring onions and onion-garlic mixture.

Place on a serving platter, garnished with parsley.
