The National Restaurant Association predicts that 20% of Americans will order takeout or delivery from a restaurant this Halloween, and 16% will go out to celebrate at a bar or restaurant. NRA recently surveyed about 1,000 American adults about their plans for Halloween.

?32% said they will look for happy hour or other pricing specials
?22% will pick establishments that are costume-friendly or have competitions
?7% say restaurants with Halloween-themed items and decorations are their top choices
