Does Your Restaurant Practice Food Safety?

Food safety is an extremely important topic that is often glossed over. It is important for restaurants to take into account that food safety includes not only good sanitation practices and proper refrigeration but also things like food allergy precautions, and the difference between food allergies and food intolerance. To help restaurateurs learn how to deal food allergies, Asian Restaurant News spoke with Celebrity Chef Ming Tsai about his involvement in the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network and have included a feature from Registered Dietician Dr. Jacqueline Newman about allergies to nuts.
