Showing Some Love
February is a great month for showing affection and appreciation to those you love. This February, Asian Restaurant News would like to express our appreciation to our readers, and to wish you all a wonderful Valentine's Day and a safe, happy and healthy Asian New Year!
By way of showing love to the planet we live on, this month's feature is on "going green," an important trend that is sure to continue well into future years. And the foodservice industry, being one of the largest employers in the country, needs to gain knowledge and information about they can make a noticeable difference by making a few small changes in everyday practices.
